Entity reorganization, liquidation
If you’ve decided to reorganize or close your business of the procedure of entity liquidation can be divided into several stages:
- Appointment of liquidation committee, settlement of order and terms of liquidation;
- Publishing in printed press about liquidation;
- Collection of entity receivables and creditors’ satisfaction;
- Making a liquidation balance sheet by the liquidation committee;
- Registration of entity liquidation record in the Register of subjects of entrepreneurship.
The procedure of tax audit is compulsory.
